Sad to say I gained weight. With all the busy work schedules and going out...now I gained what I lost before. Don't fret...have joined the gym again. With my new work I now have more time to go. Going back next week and hopfeully be consistent with it. Have been avoiding carbs and rice. I need to do this again. Can I do it? I hope so. Keep going...good life...healthier! Good luck!
