Losing Weight Updates

On my 3rd week of losing weight and doing better. Indulging on rice sometimes especially when I am with family during Sundays but limiting to a cup. Have been successfully avoided soda and rice for lunch and dinner. I think I have lost some inches on my waist. I definitely need to buy that weighing scale and tape measure soon so I can monitor this closely. I hope I can get my gym membership extended for at least a few more months. I know I promised and I hope I can go tomorrow. Go fight win!!! Yey!
