Healthier Than Ever & Loving It!!!

It is more than 2 weeks since I started going on a diet. avoiding sugary drinks (soda, juice, smoothies, etc), eating bread or sandwich, getting rid of rice, chocolates and chips at home, no more gourmet cooking...looks like it is working. Trying to eat healthier and with the right amount. My friends are saying I lost some pounds and I am happy to hear that. I noticed my pants are loose and I am beginning to fit on my old smaller size clothes.

I just need to keep going. Thinking of getting a weighing scale tomorrow to motivate me more. Too bad haven't had the chance to go back to the gym (got my cycle) but looking forward to Monday to do it. Thinking of joining a dance class...hopefully I muster the courage to do so.

Had a lab work-up, xray, ultrasound, dentist check-up and stress/ 2D echo. Everything is fine! I am in good shape and better than ever. I feel great...thinking of going out more and broaden my horizon. Go out of my comfort zone again. Looking forward to my upcoming Hong Kong and Singapore Trip. Maybe drive up North and surf during the holy week.

Life is great! Work is good! I am so blessed! TGA (Thank God Always!)

  1. YEhehey way to go Flipflops. Like, like, like. I have chocolates at home but I don't eat any. It's just that year when I really want to get fit. Mid life crisis ha ha

  2. i am bad...i ate a hazelnut truffle cake just now. hayyy. i am definitely getting rid of all the sweets here at home. this is the last one. i had sicilian baked fish and soup nman the whole day. i will just do calorie count.
